My name is Diana and i’m 25 years old and I live in LA. I’m here because i want to lose weight. I asked Gloria to let me be part of this blog along time ago but I procrastinated. I was going to the gym and stuff and managed to lose 27 pounds and then gained 10 back after a month or two of no gym time or dieting. I finally went back to the gym today, so I figured I would start blogging on here as well and hopefully get a better result than the last time. My goal is to lose at least 70 pounds but I would like to lose 90. I know it will take lots of time, but i’m willing to work hard at it this time. I’m hoping it will eventually help me get rid of something called pseudotumor cerebri, I think that’s what it is. Anyways, its supposed to be a swollen nerve near my eye and if I don’t lose weight it can cause me to go blind. So hopefully i can lose the weight so I won’t need the surgery. I hope I can get lots of motivation from you guys, cuz i will need and hopefully I can give you some too. :)
Hello again lovelies!
Sorry I haven’t posted anything in two weeks, I was busy finishing up a summer course I was taking, but I’m all yours for one more week before school consumes my life again. :)
So, during the third week of my “transformation” I started doing the yoga portion of P90X in hopes of strengthening my knee before I started doing different exercises and before I started school again where PE made vigorous exercise mandatory. I continued this yoga routine up until this Thursday. I plan on reestablishing my routine of doing yoga everyday in order to strengthen my leg muscles starting tomorrow.
In terms of my relationship with food, NEVER EVER ALLOW ME TO EAT GATEWAY FOODS EVER AGAIN!!! It’s because of these foods that I slip and almost fall back into my old eating habits. I blamed my recent junk food binges on the McDonald’s my older sister bought me last week.
In terms of my weight, at the end of week 3 I lost 2 pounds from my previous 165 to 163. Somewhere in the middle of week 4 I discovered I lost 2 more pounds and weighed 161. I was so happy! I hadn’t been that weight in FOREVER! But now at the end of week 4, it deeply saddens me to find that I regained 3 of those 4 pounds lost.
But all these things that have been happening to me, my laziness to continue yoga, my junk food binges, and my fluctuating weight, they’re a brush with failure that I think I need to experience in order to give me back motivation I thought I’d eventually lose. Also, it’s just a part of breaking old habits. Anyway, I hope you guys stay on track with whatever you’re doing! As for me, I need to get back up on my feet. :)

hey guys so here’s a little update
i’ve been exercising and watching what i eat for the past week and a half (not including the friday,saturday and sundays lol) and well i’ve lost 4 pounds!!
in the morning i do a little 30 minute work out some of the things i do are
.lift light weights
stuff like that i work out a different part of my body every day.
Then at night i go for a walk for about an hour.
i drink a lot of water and i’ve been eating more veggies and really just smaller portions of stuff.
it’s been working out great for me now that i’m back on track!!!
Since my last blog post on this website, I’ve joined Weight Watchers. Now, I’ve done weight watchers about 8 times in the past ten years. As you can see, it’s looking more like a trend then progress. I’m hoping my age and lack of school stress will help me on my weight loss endeavor. So far, in my first week I lost four pounds. Now that it’s my second week, I gained two of them back. That means that it’s time to visit my newly acquired gym (with pool and sauna). I also need to prepare myself for adventure time to Las Vegas at the end of the month. I doubt that I will look like a bathing suit model by the end of the month, but I can sure as hell try my best!
Wish me luck and send me Weight Watchers advice!!

So who HASN’T BEEN POSTING ON FATB1TCH!? If you’re one of them you better get on it because everyone wants to know how YOU’RE DOING. This is me giving you bitch face. LOL.
So I started Insanity with my friend @christillo & Laura…It’s death. Like I think there’s a reason why the people in the video are so fit haha. But I’m doing my best. I would lose at least 1lb a day. So that’s good. I can’t wait until I’m sexy xD

I kinda fail at this whole being healthy weightloss thing.
I’ve been going to the gym.
Climbing a mountain. Etc.
Found out I’m lactose intolerant.
I’ve lost about 15 pounds..but I think that’s because I got sick and slept for 16 hours a day for 2 weeks straight and didn’t eat.
Ain’t life grand?
I’m hoping things will get better once school starts.
And I won’t be doing this graveyard shift crap anymore.

Hello again! I believe it’s time for my second post!
After a week of eating Special K for breakfast and drinking cold water as my beverage of choice, I’m glad to see that I’ve dropped two pounds. (I’m at 165, just so you know.) Although, I think my weight loss this week was mostly from drinking water.
I have to say, this was not the best week for eating well. With an overabundance of food surrounding me all week, it was hard not to give in and go for a third slice of pizza, or a third one of anything. I seriously want to get back on track next month and finally learn that just because a family member I’m visiting offers me something to eat doesn’t mean I have to eat it. I need to learn to say no as politely as I can because I seriously need to stop eating so damn much.
In terms of exercise, I’m not sure I can do any proper working out until I get a brace for my knee. In the meantime I’ve been doing as much running after my two year old nephew and some occasional dancing to Lady Gaga. Although, I did some bike riding around my neighborhood yesterday in a desperate attempt to localize items of importance; but since my neighborhood is very hilly I didn’t ride for too long.
Hopefully August will have more success for me. And maybe some more doctor visits because I don’t like my crappy knee.
How has everyone been?! I hope that you’re all doing well and if you’re not losing weight, I hope you’re not gaining it back. Lately I haven’t been eating too well, but it’s definitely not as horrible at it used to be. I can manage most cravings, even if I bitch about it forever. Like right now, I could possibly eat a whole tray of lasagna… BUT I WON’T..
I also have this fear of going out and gaining all the weight I’ve lost, back. I really should not be such a pansy and go out, but when I go out with anyone, all we do is eat. It’s so hard not to eat outside of home, especially when delicious yumzies are tempting you on every corner.
Right now I am about to go for a walk.
I did I don’t know how many laps in the pool today, and I am really tired. I think the only reason I try and work out most of the day is so I can sleep at night and get my sleep schedule back on track before school starts. XD
